SWEDEN: whats the deal with the swedes?

I've noticed an abundance of outstanding and very creative music coming out of this country; par example:

El Perro Del Mar
Kyaal
I'm from Barcelona
The Knife

and I'm sure there are many more

OH that girl Robyn who had a couple really popular songs back in the day (Show me Love etc) and now has that cool song 'Konichiwa Bitches' which I highly suggest you listen to on her Myspace.

I repeat: what is the deal with the Swedes and their awesome music?
